New Paper

I got a whole bunch of new paper from SU yesterday. I am using some of it in my Starbucks's Mug and I used a little bit of the Fall Flowers for this card I made this morning.

Snow Buddy

At school, we have a secret pal type thing that we call, "Snow Buddies." We fill out a survey if we want to participate and then we choose a survey and for one week we purchase small items for that person. I decided it would be nice to have small gifts in my box for a week with all that has been going on lately. So here is one of the things that my snow buddy will get next week!

New Scrapbook Store

Today I went to the new scrapbook store in my town. The store is very close to my house, I could walk there if I wanted:) The store was very nice. There was a ton of beautiful paper. I love Stampin' Up but due to the nature of their business they can't keep up with the changing paper trends. I decided on buying a pack of papers and this little 5 x 7 album. The album was just plain white and I covered it with one of the papers I bought.

I decided to use the album and papers to make a little book about Faith's birthday.

I loved the pictures that Jeremy took while we were there and just wanted to make a cute little album with some of my favorites. I am at a stand still for a little while because I need to get some of the actual birthday photos printed. I am still very new at scrapbooking stuff so let me know what you think. How could I make things better? I was thinking about doing another one like this for one of our trips, either Sedona or our cruise.

Apple Cider

Fall is my favorite season! Growing up in upstate New York, it was a always the best time of year when the leaves would start changing color and the temperature would cool down. The smell was just amazing. We would go to the apple orchard and pick these delicious apples and then of course buy some yummy apple cider to go with it. I just have great memories of the fall. So needless to say, I just love the colors in the Apple Cider paper from Stampin' Up. Here is one of the cards I made with it!
